Summary

This site collects as little as possible. We do not run advertising trackers. Card details go to our payment provider, not to us.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, company, country and order details, so we can deliver and support your order.
• When you use the live demo or a form: the name, email and offer details you type in, saved to our CRM.
• When you email us: your email address and message.
• Server logs from our host (Estage), such as IP address and browser type, kept for security for a short period.

Why we use it

• To build, host and support your funnel (contract).
• To meet tax and accounting rules (legal obligation).
• To keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
• To send product updates, only if you agreed to receive them (consent).

Who we share it with

• Stripe for invoices and payments.
• Estage for hosting, forms, CRM and notification emails.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires (often 10 years in Germany). Support emails for up to 3 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email farzad@promindhub.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
