Refund policy

The draft guarantee
If the first draft is not right for you, tell us what is off and we revise it. If the revised draft still is not right, email farzad@promindhub.com before launch and we refund the build fee in full.
Before work starts
If you change your mind before you send the interview, we refund the build fee in full.
After launch
Once the funnel is live, the build fee is not refundable. Monthly and yearly hosting can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid period. A yearly plan stays active until the end of the paid year; unused months are not refunded.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Banks can take a few more days to show it.
Business customers
Our services are offered to businesses only. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers therefore does not apply. The guarantee above is our voluntary promise.
