Terms of service

Who we are

Margin is a service of Pro Mind Hub, owner Farzad Golestan, Lahnstr. 5, 56112 Lahnstein, Germany (“we”, “us”). Our services are offered to businesses only, not to consumers. Payments are processed by Stripe. As a small business under § 19 UStG we do not charge VAT.

What we provide

• Build: we write, design and build the pages and emails of the plan you chose, based on your interview answers.
• Hosting and care (hosted plans): we host, secure and maintain your funnel as described on the pricing page.
• Own It: we build the funnel and share the finished project to your own platform account.

Timeline and revisions

Delivery times start when we receive your completed interview. Each build includes one round of changes on the first draft. Further changes or new pages are quoted separately.

Your content

You confirm that the information, results and materials you give us are true and that you may use them. You stay responsible for claims made about your own offer.

Monthly plans

Hosting starts on the day your funnel goes live and renews monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid period. After that the funnel goes offline, unless you choose a paid transfer of the project to your own account.

Ownership

The copy written for you is yours to use. Our layouts, components and copy system stay ours; you receive the right to use them for your funnel while your plan is active, and permanently after an Own It handover or a transfer.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on your offer, your traffic and your follow-up. We do not promise specific leads, sales or conversion figures.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. German law applies.
